Maddie often tells people she wouldn't exist if it weren't for theatre.
In fact, her parents met performing in a college production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Hearing her parent's stories inspired Maddie to pursue theatre from a young age.

A midwest girl to her core, Maddie grew up in Dubuque, Iowa and recently graduated from Drake University where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre with a concentration in Theatre Education.

Since graduating Maddie has toured extensively with the National Theatre for Children performing in Minnesota, New York, Boston, and Florida. She recently returned to her Iowa roots as an intern at the Old Creamery Theatre Company in Amana, IA where she worked on everything from performance, prop construction, and teaching.

No matter where she is on the map, Maddie enjoys telling stories that entertain, educate, and inspire audiences of all ages.
